Driveway Gates
in Weybridge.

Weybridge is the most exclusive of the Elmbridge stockbroker-belt towns. The St George's Hill private gated estate, established 1911 by W G Tarrant on 964 acres, now contains around 450 homes with 24-hour manned security, ANPR at secondary gates, and minimum one-acre plots with a 20 percent build limit. Burwood Park is a second significant private estate. Gate installations in Weybridge span hand-forged wrought iron on the estates through to substantial hardwood gates on the Arts and Crafts properties that survive from the original Tarrant-era developments.
