Dunsfold is a rural Waverley village with a classic traditional village green anchored by the Grade I thirteenth-century Church of St Mary and All Saints. Parts of the parish lie within the Surrey Hills AONB; the village itself is a designated conservation area with a cluster of listed cottages around the green. Dunsfold Aerodrome, previously known to millions as the Top Gear test track, lies immediately adjacent. The residential stock is predominantly period: farmhouses, timber-framed cottages, and later detached houses on the rural lanes.
